They can retrieve the current balances, both cash and Trade and also get directory information faxed to them.Administrative function allows you to dial in and record Customized Names for each of your members. The software will look to see if there is a voice file out on the system. If it exists, it will say the members name or if no voice file exists, it will say the members number. Is the machine connected to the internet?, then tell your members that they can e-mail trades. The program will have the ability to read e-mails (requires separate e-mail name and can not be used for other puposes.) it will scan the e-mail looking for unique conditions "Buyer", "Seller", "Desc", "Amt" on separate lines of the body of the e-mail and then e-mail back a confirmation. No need to shut it down at month end. The auto broker will know that the month end process is active and notify your members that the software is down for maintenance and to try again later. The software uses Pronexus vbVoice software and connects to your existing database.
